?? What an amazing month in February, targets exceeded thanks to lots of new applications and completions coming through.
?? Critical to this is getting the journey right for the customer and thats where high quality and accurate packaging comes into play. With attention to detail a case has a much better chance of going through to offer same day or within 24 hours which is what we aim for.
?? Working closely with brokers is where my role comes into this and for February I have to give a big thank you to Cara Neilson and the team at TFC Homeloans. Their attitude to packaging is spot on and the figures show this. Fast turn arounds to offer, fast completions, and extraordinarily high quality packaging skills make my job so rewarding working with this team.
?? Cara even has her own amazingly detailed spreadsheet of Together packaging hints and tips she has picked up over the years!
