We are pleased to introduce our new F2 Extra range – a specialist buy to let proposition aimed to provide a suite of broad and specialist criteria for an additional layer of extraordinary property or loan types beyond that typically catered for in the specialist buy-to-let market.

It includes extra-large HMOs, semi-commercial property and holiday lets, and properties requiring large loans up to £5 million. 

This F2 Extra range is available exclusively through select Packager partners.

New F2 Extra rates include:

1. Extra Large HMO – rates from 7.84% to 65% LTV (9 or more bedrooms)
2. Semi Commercial Extra – starting from 7.94% to 70% LTV
3. Holiday Lets Extra – Rates from 7.84% to 70% LTV
4. Extra Large Loan - rates starting from 7.89% (60% LTV). Max LTV 70%.

And what’s more…

For Portfolios, aggregate borrowing with Foundation Home Loans is now no longer restricted to £5 million. Existing Core products can be used in a large portfolio below £5 million… and F2 Extra Portfolio products for the part of the portfolio above that. So, if your client is transferring an £8 million portfolio, the first £5 million can be put onto core products and the additional £3 million on F2 Extra Large Portfolio Products.
