Pepper Money launch three exciting Limited Edition products.

The three products will be:

• On our Residential range, you’ll be able to access our Pepper 48 Light product at 65% LTV on a 5year fixed term, at a rate of 3.23%, with a completion fee of just £995. It is suitable for customers that haven’t had a Default in the last 48 months and who have never had a CCJ.
• We have relaunched our Pepper 60 5-year Buy to Let product where rent coverage is calculated at the pay rate of 3.13% (our lowest ever Buy to Let rate). This is calculated at 125% interest coverage for Limited Companies and 140% for private landlords. The product is available up to 75% LTV.
