  1. The Fee Assisted Buy-to-Let Re-mortgage Range

A range of 2- and 5-year fixed rate re-mortgage specials at 65% and 75% LTV, with reduced upfront costs to appeal to landlords or limited companies, and may particularly offer value to portfolio landlords looking to re-mortgage a number of properties.

  • Open to all individuals and limited companies, portfolio and non-portfolio landlords
  • All have remortgage incentives:
    • A flat product fee of £1,995
    • One free standard valuation per case
    • No application fee
    • £250 cashback on completion.  

 

Foundation offers a wide scope of criteria for landlords with complex credit or income.

 

  1. The HMO Early Re-Mortgage product

An ‘Early’ remortgage product up to 75% LTV for standard HMOs of up to 6 occupants; designed for landlords who have bought and improved a property and then wish to re-mortgage without waiting the typical 6 months, including those bridging or who have undertaken a recent conversion from single occupancy property to an HMO. 

  • Allows landlords to re-mortgage within 6 months of initial purchase
  • 5-year fixed rate with a product fee of 2%
  • Product is not available for Large HMOs or MUBs or early re-mortgaging where the original purchase was in cash.



  1. The Fee-Assisted Residential remortgage range up to 80% LTV

2-year and 5-year fixed rates with remortgage incentives designed to appeal to owner occupiers looking to re-mortgage their properties without onerous up-front costs.

Foundation’s flexible criteria around income and employment open up these competitively priced products to a wide range of borrowers whose circumstances preclude them from accessing high street lenders.
