Foundation residential range update offers newly increased loan to value band, maximum loan size of £2,000,000, and improved competitive rates
 
Foundation have enhanced the residential range to support more of your clients, with competitive initial rates available at an increased loan to value, a new maximum loan size, selected rate reductions, and all initial offer dates extended across the range.
  • All 60% LTV initial rates are now available at 65% LTV

  • New £2 million maximum loan size, increased from £1.5 million, and now available up to 65% LTV

  • All F1 & F2 initial rates at 75% LTV are reduced, by 0.20% on two year fixed rates and 0.10% on two year discount rates

  • The initial offer dates are extended across the range, for two-year products to 31st January 2023 and five-year products to 31st January 2026
