Main changes

1. Exclusive packager products for HMOs & large HMOs/MUBs with no ERCs
2. Withdraw all existing BTL Products
3. New BTL products introduced today 11 June 2020
4. ICR of 125% re-introduced for Ltd Co. ICR of 125% re-introduced for basic rate tax payers (135% where joint application with only 1 basic rate tax payer)
5. First time landlords available on F1 & F2 provided property is not an HMO or MUB
6. Student HMOs
7. Rates on some products reduced by up to 0.5%
